  • What are the materials used?

All our pieces are fine jewels, made with solid 18k gold which also comes in the three gold tones: yellow gold, white gold and rose gold.

With a mix of precious and semi-precious stones and diamonds, our jewels are made to last you a lifetime.


  • Is the Jewelry solid gold or gold plated?

We want to keep your customized and special pieces to last forever therefore, we do not do any gold plating for the Jewelry. They are all made with solid 18k gold which means they will never tarnish.

 

  • What type of diamonds do you use? 

For the items on the website, we use diamonds with the below details:

Colour: GH
Clarity: VS/SI

The Cut and Carat depend on the piece.

For other customized items not on the website, we source all other diamonds to match the customers requirements.

  • Are the jewelry pieces waterproof?

Since your  jewelry is made in 18k gold, you can swim in it and wear them everywhere. However,  jewelry is delicate and could get scratched or dirty and could require a quick polish/clean.


  • Which courier company do you use for delivery?

Within the USA we use a local shipping company. We use Fedex for all international deliveries outside the USA.


  • Where is all the jewelry manufactured?

All our Jewelry pieces are manufactured in USA.


  • Can I exchange my item if I did not like it?

We do not offer any exchange of products since all the products are customized especially for you.


  • Do you ship Worldwide?

Yes! We ship to over 40 countries and happy to see women from around the world wearing and loving their jewels.


  • How long does the delivery take?

Delivery timings could vary depending on the country we are shipping to or on the season but usually the below:

Within USA: 2-4 working days.
Internationally: 2-3 weeks.
We do always try to deliver below the above timelines mentioned.

 

  • What’s your return & refund policy?

We have a strict no returns or refund policy as the items are made to order.
In the case that a size is wrong or small adjustments need to be made we offer resizing and alterations to be made.

In the case that the piece is shipped wrong or is broken we also ensure that we replace/fix the piece for you.
